Role OverviewThe HR cum Admin will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations along with general administrative activities to ensure smooth functioning of the office and support the growing SaaS IT team. This role requires a proactive, organized, and people-oriented individual who can handle HR processes, employee engagement, and office administration. Key Responsibilities: Human Resources (HR):Manage recruitment lifecycle: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding. Maintain employee records, attendance, leaves, payroll inputs, and compliance documentation. Conduct employee orientation, training coordination, and performance appraisal process. Handle employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution. Drive employee engagement activities, team-building programs, and company culture initiatives. Support policy creation, HR SOPs, and ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies. Assist management in manpower planning aligned with company growth. Administration (Admin): Oversee daily office operations including housekeeping, facilities, and vendor management. Manage procurement of office supplies, IT equipment, and assets. Handle contracts, agreements, renewals, and compliance with statutory requirements. Support travel, meeting arrangements, and event management. Coordinate with IT team for infrastructure requirements (systems, software, networking, etc.). Ensure safe, secure, and efficient workplace environment. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred). 1–5 years of experience in HR/Admin, preferably in IT or SaaS companies. Strong knowledge of HR processes, payroll basics, compliance, and labor laws. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office, HR software, and Google Workspace. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently with ownership. People-friendly attitude with problem-solving mindset.
