Our team is made up of strategists, designers, developers, and digital experts — and now we’re looking for an Business Development Executive / Manager to build a strong client relation and business deals Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and industry events. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders. Understand client needs and present tailored solutions. Prepare and deliver effective business proposals and presentations. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, product) to ensure client satisfaction. Track market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue goals. Maintain CRM records of leads, prospects, and business opportunities. Represent the company at exhibitions, seminars, and business forums. Key Skills & Competencies Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong relationship-building and networking abilities. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and target-driven. Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). For Executive: 0–3 years of experience in sales/business development. For Manager: 3–5 years of proven experience with team-handling exposure.
