Position: Business Development Executive / Manager Work Mode: On-site  Department: Sales & Business Development Location: Ajmer Reporting To: Head of Business Development / Director – SalesRole Overview The Business Development Executive/Manager is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role involves market research, lead generation, client engagement, and closing deals while ensuring long-term customer satisfaction and business expansion. About Yuv Media We’re a fast-growing Marketing & Technology agency based in Ajmer, blending creativity with performance and innovation. Our team is made up of strategists, designers, developers, and digital experts — and now we’re looking for an Business Development Executive / Manager to build a strong client relation and business deals Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and industry events. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders. Understand client needs and present tailored solutions. Prepare and deliver effective business proposals and presentations. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, product) to ensure client satisfaction. Track market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue goals. Maintain CRM records of leads, prospects, and business opportunities. Represent the company at exhibitions, seminars, and business forums. Key Skills & Competencies Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong relationship-building and networking abilities. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and target-driven. Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). For Executive: 0–3 years of experience in sales/business development. For Manager: 3–5 years of proven experience with team-handling exposure. Experience in Digital Marketing, IT, Video editing, etc is an advantage. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Revenue growth and target achievement. Number of new client acquisitions. Retention and satisfaction of existing clients. Contribution to market expansion and brand visibility.
