Business Development Executive (BDE)

As a Business Development Executive at Andromeda Sales & Distribution Pvt. Ltd., your role will involve identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for lead generation, product pitching, coordination with partners, and meeting sales targets. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research. - Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert them into successful deals. - Present and promote company products (Loans, Credit Cards, Insurance, etc.) to potential customers. - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and financial institutions. - Understand customer needs and recommend suitable financial solutions. - Achieve monthly sales targets. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery. Qualifications Required: - Education Qualification: Intermediate or Any Degree. - 15 years of experience. - Vehicle Mandatory. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Target-driven, self-motivated, and proactive. - Basic knowledge of financial products (Loans, Credit Cards, Insurance) is an advantage.
