Owlads Advertising Agency is seeking a proactive and goal-oriented Business Development Executive to support our client acquisition and business expansion efforts. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, an interest in the advertising and marketing industry, and a passion for achieving targets. Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients for advertising, branding, and digital marketing services.
• Generate leads through research, networking, and outbound communication.
• Present agency services, prepare proposals, and follow up with prospects.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure recurring business.
• Coordinate with the creative and marketing teams to align client needs with deliverables.
• Maintain sales records, track performance, and achieve monthly targets to qualify for incentives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 0–1 year of experience in business development, sales, or client servicing (agency experience is a plus).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident, persuasive, and target-driven approach.
• Basic understanding of advertising, branding, or digital marketing (preferred but not mandatory).
• Ability to manage multiple leads and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good presentation and negotiation skills.
