The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, generating leads, maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of the company. Key Responsibilities: Identify potential clients and new business opportunities through various channels (online portals, social media, references, etc.). Reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, and meetings to present company services. Understand client requirements and offer suitable business solutions. Maintain and update client databases and lead records. Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Work closely with the marketing and operations team to enhance client experience. Prepare reports on business growth, lead conversion, and market trends. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good negotiation and presentation abilities. Goal-oriented and self-motivated. Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools, or lead generation platforms. Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome.
