Job Title: Field Marketing Executive Location: HiLite Business park, Kozhikode Job Type: Full-time Experience: 1–3 years preferred Industry: Education / EdTech / Training About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Field Marketing Executive to join our growing team in the education sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing , excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage with schools, colleges, and educational institutions to promote our programs and services. Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute field marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive brand awareness in target regions. Visit schools, colleges, and other institutions to present and promote our educational programs. Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, partners, and local networks. Conduct presentations, seminars, and promotional events to engage students and parents. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and enrollment targets . Collect and analyze market feedback to support marketing and product development strategies. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to optimize campaign performance. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred). 1–3 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the education industry . Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Willingness to travel frequently within assigned territories. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
