About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Field Marketing Executive to join our growing team in the education sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage with schools, colleges, and educational institutions to promote our programs and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute field marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive brand awareness in target regions.
• Visit schools, colleges, and other institutions to present and promote our educational programs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, partners, and local networks.
• Conduct presentations, seminars, and promotional events to engage students and parents.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and enrollment targets.
• Collect and analyze market feedback to support marketing and product development strategies.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to optimize campaign performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the education industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently within assigned territories.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
• Ability to plan and execute local marketing campaigns effectively.
• Must have Two wheeler
• Allowance will be provided
