Job Description

Key Responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with local doctors, hospitals, and optical shops for patient referrals and tie-ups. Conduct regular visits to Centers for Sight, EyeQ, Eye7, Sharp Sight, and other healthcare networks for business collaboration. Identify and establish new B2B partnerships and outreach opportunities. Plan and execute offline marketing activities such as eye check-up camps, awareness drives, and community events. Distribute and monitor marketing materials (brochures, standees, posters, etc.). Generate leads and referrals through field visits and networking. Track and report marketing performance, competitor activity, and territory growth. Coordinate with the central marketing and operations team to ensure smooth execution of campaigns. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Healthcare Management. 1–4 years of field marketing or MR experience, preferably in eye care, hospitals, or diagnostic chains. Strong networking and relationship-building skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel extensively across assigned territories. Knowledge of Delhi-NCR geography and local healthcare ecosystem will be an added advantage.
