Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive, organized, and trustworthy Executive Assistant to support our Managing Director. This role involves managing schedules, coordinating internal and external communications, preparing reports, and ensuring the MD’s daily activities run seamlessly. Key Responsibilities: Manage the MD’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements Coordinate cross-functional communication and scheduling across departments Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and key documentation Track ongoing projects, tasks, and follow-ups to ensure timely completion Handle professional calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the MD Requirements: 2–4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar support role Excellent communication, multitasking, and coordination skills Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite Highly professional, detail-oriented, and trustworthy Fluent in English (preferred) Work Schedule: Day Shift Work Location: On-site (Paschim Vihar, Delhi) Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Schedule: Morning shift Work Location: In person
