Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Marketing Executive to join our advertising agency. The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing, client servicing, lead generation, and supporting advertising campaigns. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of marketing strategies, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Identify prospective clients and generate leads for advertising and branding services.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and satisfaction.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop marketing proposals and campaign strategies.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competition.
Assist in planning and executing advertising campaigns across various platforms.
Prepare presentations, reports, and marketing materials as required.
Achieve monthly targets to qualify for incentives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1–2 years of experience in marketing, client servicing, or business development (preferably in an advertising or media agency).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Understanding of digital and traditional advertising methods.
Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
Goal-oriented, confident, and self-driven.
