Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Market & Strategy:

  Conduct market research on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs in technical textiles (e.g., filtration, protective wear). Develop and execute marketing plans for specific product lines.

• Sales & Lead Generation:

  Identify and target potential clients (e.g., manufacturers in automotive, medical, defense). Drive inquiries, generate qualified leads, and convert them into orders.

• Client & Brand Management:

  Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and industry partners. Manage brand presence through digital marketing, trade shows, and industry publications.

• Content & Campaigns:

  Create technical marketing materials (brochures, presentations, online content) explaining unique selling points (USPs) of performance fabrics.

• Coordination:

  Collaborate with sales teams to align strategies and with production/R&D to address market feedback and new product needs.

• Reporting:

  Monitor marketing performance metrics and report to management on market trends, threats, and opportunities.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

• Education:

  Degree in Textile Technology or related field (preferred).

• Experience:

  Proven sales/marketing experience, ideally in textiles, industrial goods, or technical B2B sectors.

• Technical Acumen:

  Strong understanding of textile materials, manufacturing processes, and end-use applications for technical textiles.

• Soft Skills:

  Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

• Market Knowledge:

  Familiarity with key industry players, trade shows (e.g., Textile), and digital marketing tools.
