Job Title: HR Generalist About the Role We are looking for a proactive and people-friendly professional to join our HR team. In this role, you will support day-to-day HR activities like managing attendance, helping with recruitment, and keeping employee records organized. What You Will Do Track and update employee attendance daily Prepare monthly HR reports Call and coordinate with candidates for job openings Schedule and follow up on interviews Maintain and update employee records regularly What We Expect Any graduate with relevant HR experience, or an MBA in HR Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic knowledge of MS Excel and data entry Why Join Us?
