We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Performance Marketing Executive to lead our paid advertising initiatives and contribute to full-funnel analysis, driving our mission forward. Key Responsibilities: Strategy Development: Create and implement paid performance marketing strategies across multiple digital platforms. Campaign Management: Oversee and optimize advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, and other relevant platforms to maximize ROI. Full-Funnel Analysis: Conduct comprehensive full-funnel analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in the marketing funnel. Reporting & Analysis: Lead ad hoc reporting and analysis to support data-driven decision- making and strategic planning. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with overall business objectives. Trend Monitoring: Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital advertising. Requirements: Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in paid performance marketing. Platform Expertise: Proven expertise in managing and optimizing campaigns on Meta and Google ad platforms. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities with experience in full-funnel analysis and ad hoc reporting. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to lead and collaborate effectively. Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Preferred Qualifications: Platform Diversity: Experience with additional advertising platforms beyond Meta and Google. Tools Knowledge: Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools.
