Job description Job Title: International Caller Donation Campaigns Location: Marol, Andheri (Mumbai) Work Hours: 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM (Monday to Saturday) Employment Type: Part-time / On-site Job Overview: We are looking for a confident and articulate International Caller to join our team in Marol, Andheri , for evening shifts focused on international donation campaigns. The role involves engaging with global clients, sharing campaign details, and encouraging contributions toward meaningful causes. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to international prospects to promote and raise donations for specific campaigns. Clearly explain the purpose, goals, and impact of the donation programs. Build and maintain positive relationships with potential donors. Maintain accurate records of call outcomes and donor information. Achieve daily and weekly calling and fundraising targets. Follow up with interested leads when required. Requirements: Excellent spoken English with a neutral or international accent. Prior experience in fundraising, international calling, telesales, or customer service is preferred. Strong communication and persuasion skills. Professional, empathetic, and confident on calls.
