Job Summary As a Full Stack Developer and Technical Support Specialist trainee, you will have the opportunity to contribute to real-world technical operations, maintain and develop internal and external tech products, and support boot camps and live industry projects. This traineeship is designed to provide hands-on experience and is a stepping stone toward a potential permanent role within the organisation. Technical Support for Bootcamps : ● Assisted in resolving technical issues during boot camps, including code errors, compile errors, and configuration challenges faced by students. ● Provide guidance and troubleshooting support to ensure timely resolution of complex technical queries. ● Collaborate with the team to maintain and improve reusable exercises, templates, and training materials. ● Ensure all tech stacks used in boot camps (e.g., React 19, Next.js 15, and AWS) are up-to-date and functional. 2. Support for Live Industry Projects : ● Provide hands-on technical guidance to students working on live projects. ● Co-develop solutions with project participants, ensuring high-quality outcomes within project timelines. ● Troubleshoot technical challenges students encounter, including API integrations, database connections, and front-end/back-end development. ● Ensure scalability and sustainability of project solutions by implementing best practices. 3. Maintenance and Development of Internal Products : ● Manage and maintain internal tech products, such as: ○ Learning Management Systems (LMS). ○ Internal portals and tools. ○ External SaaS products (e.g., Lunch Buddy app, WhatsApp bulk messaging solution). ○ Company website and other web-based applications. ● Develop new features and enhancements for existing applications based on organisational priorities and user feedback. ● Maintain codebases, troubleshoot bugs, and ensure applications remain secure and performant. ● Stay updated with the latest frameworks, libraries, and best practices to implement modern solutions. 4.
