Recruiter Intern

Role Overview:

Ausbiz Consulting is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Intern to join our HR team. This internship offers hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment processes, providing valuable exposure to sourcing strategies, candidate engagement, and hiring operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and referrals

Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings

Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers

Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS)

Draft and post job descriptions on various platforms

Assist in employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing

Support recruitment events, career fairs, and campus drives

Prepare daily/weekly recruitment reports and status updates

Handle basic administrative tasks related to recruitment

Requirements:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Familiarity with job boards and LinkedIn is a plus

BPO experience is preferred
