Full Stack Developer and Technical Support Specialist(Trainee)

Job Summary

As a Full Stack Developer and Technical Support Specialist trainee, you will have the opportunity

to contribute to real-world technical operations, maintain and develop internal and external tech

products, and support boot camps and live industry projects. This traineeship is designed to

provide hands-on experience and is a stepping stone toward a potential permanent role within

the organisation.

We aim to use this traineeship to evaluate your skills, adaptability, and fit within our team and

organisation. Exceptional performance during the internship may lead to a permanent

full-time position.

This role requires a half-day of work on Saturdays and the availability to start early, at 5:00

AM or 6:00 AM IST, for blocks of four weeks every two months to support specific boot camps

or project timelines.

Note: This is unpaid internship/training program for upto 4 weeks, post completion competent candidates willl be offered a paid internship later.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

1. Technical Support for Bootcamps :

● Assisted in resolving technical issues during boot camps, including code errors, compile

errors, and configuration challenges faced by students.

● Provide guidance and troubleshooting support to ensure timely resolution of complex

technical queries.

● Collaborate with the team to maintain and improve reusable exercises, templates, and

training materials.

● Ensure all tech stacks used in boot camps (e.g., React 19, Next.js 15, and AWS) are

up-to-date and functional.

2. Support for Live Industry Projects :

● Provide hands-on technical guidance to students working on live projects.

● Co-develop solutions with project participants, ensuring high-quality outcomes within

project timelines.

● Troubleshoot technical challenges students encounter, including API integrations,

database connections, and front-end/back-end development.

● Ensure scalability and sustainability of project solutions by implementing best practices.

3. Maintenance and Development of Internal Products :

● Manage and maintain internal tech products, such as:

○ Learning Management Systems (LMS).

○ Internal portals and tools.

○ External SaaS products (e.g., Lunch Buddy app, WhatsApp bulk messaging

solution).

○ Company website and other web-based applications.

● Develop new features and enhancements for existing applications based on

organisational priorities and user feedback.

● Maintain codebases, troubleshoot bugs, and ensure applications remain secure and

performant.

● Stay updated with the latest frameworks, libraries, and best practices to implement

modern solutions.

4. Collaboration and Team Integration :

● Work collaboratively with the existing team to provide technical support and guidance.

● Share knowledge and mentor team members where needed to improve overall technical

capabilities.

● Be approachable and communicative, ensuring your presence supports and empowers

the team.

5. Continuous Learning and Adaptation :

● Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and methodologies, including React 19,

Next.js 15, generative AI, and AWS services.

● Demonstrate a willingness to adapt and learn new technologies as organisational needs

require.

● Leverage learning management systems, online resources, and personal initiative to

solve complex problems and enhance skillsets.

6. General Responsibilities :

● Proactively identify and suggest improvements in existing workflows, applications, and

processes.

● Document all development and troubleshooting processes in a clear and accessible

manner for future reference.

● Assist with prioritising and managing backlogs of tasks related to technical projects and

product maintenance.

Qualifications and Skills

Essential

● At least a completed or ongoing B.Tech in Computer Science or a related field.

● Strong foundation in computer science theory and concepts.

● Proficiency in SQL, Python, JavaScript, and the fundamentals of web application

development.

● Experience working with modern frameworks and tools, such as React or Next.js.

● Solid understanding of web application development basics, including client-server

architecture.

Preferred

● Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI tools.

● Proficiency in modern UI frameworks, such as Shadcn and advanced Next.js features.

● Strong skills in prompt engineering and leveraging AI in development.

● Good understanding of cybersecurity principles, particularly related to web

applications and API security.

● Experience with Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) tools and frameworks (e.g.,

Prisma).

● Proficiency in TypeScript for building scalable and type-safe applications.

● Strong working knowledge of AWS services, including Lambda, S3, and Amplify.

Work Schedule:

● Monday to Friday from 8am - 4pm IST or 9am - 5pm IST

● This internship requires a half-day of work on Saturdays.

● You must be available to start early, at 5:00 AM or 6:00 AM IST, for blocks of four

weeks every two months to support boot camps or project schedules.
