Manage end-to-end client acquisition cycle, from lead generation to deal closure. Ideal Profile: 2+ years of experience in business development / client acquisition in recruitment & staffing . Strong negotiation, networking, and client relationship management skills. Proven track record of achieving onboard targets. Ability to independently manage high-value accounts.
