Are you passionate about crafting innovative Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions that transform business processes? We’re looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics Technical Consultant to join our dynamic team!

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy customized Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.

Perform CRM configuration, customization, and data migration activities.

Develop and maintain plug-ins, workflows, custom workflows, JavaScript, and integrations using Microsoft Dynamics CRM SDK.

Manage custom entities, attributes, dashboards, and security roles.

Implement and support CRM integrations with Power Platform, Azure, and SharePoint.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical CRM issues.

Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Prepare and maintain technical documentation, design specs, and standards.

Support system testing, UAT, deployment, and release management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM development (preferably Dynamics 365).

Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, SQL Server, and Dynamics CRM SDK.

Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Azure services.

Strong knowledge of Dynamics CRM architecture, workflows, and customization.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
