Working Days: 5.5 days/week (1st & 3rd Saturday off)

Shift: General Shift (8.5 hours/day)

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Tableau Developer to join our Software Operations team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data visualization and analytics, with proven experience in developing interactive dashboards and business intelligence reports using Tableau.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into visual insights.

Optimize data sources and dashboards for performance and scalability.

Ensure data accuracy, validation, and quality assurance.

Manage data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.

Work closely with the business operations and IT teams to support reporting needs.

Required Skills:

37 years of experience as a Tableau Developer or in a similar BI role.

Strong expertise in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server.

Proficiency in SQL and experience with data modeling and ETL processes.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Good communication and collaboration skills.
