Key Responsibilities

Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.

Conduct workshops, interviews, and documentation sessions to understand and map business processes.

Design and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM modules — including Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service.

Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and solution designs.

Collaborate closely with technical consultants to design integrations, workflows, and customizations.

Participate in system testing, UAT, training, and deployment phases.

Develop functional documentation, user manuals, and training materials.

Provide post-implementation support and assist in change management.

Stay updated with the latest Dynamics 365 features, best practices, and trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or related field.

5–7 years of experience as a Functional Consultant in Microsoft Dynamics CRM (preferably Dynamics 365).

Strong understanding of Customer Engagement modules.

Expertise in requirement gathering, business process analysis, and solution design.

Knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) is a plus.

Familiarity with data migration, integration concepts, and reporting tools.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are an added advantage.
