Key Resposibilities :
Work with clients to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions in Microsoft Dynamics. Configure, customize, and implement Dynamics modules to meet business needs. Collaborate with technical teams for integration and deployment. Provide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing support. Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend best practices. Test and debug applications to ensure smooth performance and resolve issues. Collaborate with designers and project managers to align on requirements and design standards. Stay updated on emerging web technologies and frameworks for continuous improvement. Requirements :
3+ years of proven experience in Microsoft Dynamics (CRM / ERP). Strong understanding of business processes (Finance, Sales, Operations, or HR). Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Excellent communication & client-handling skills.
