Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities for xanthine derivatives in domestic and global markets.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation, proposal development, negotiations, and order finalization to post-sales service. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and partners in pharmaceutical and specialty chemical sectors.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine product positioning and market penetration strategies.
Participate in international trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings to promote product lines and enhance brand visibility.
Coordinate with R&D and production teams to align client requirements with manufacturing capabilities.
Develop annual sales plans, forecasts, and budgets aligned with organizational goals.
Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, product registration requirements, and export documentation standards.

Candidate Profile:

Education: B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related discipline; MBA is an added advantage.
Experience: 1015 years in B2B sales and business development in the pharmaceutical or specialty chemical industry, with a strong focus on xanthine derivatives.
In-depth understanding of product applications, international regulatory requirements, and export documentation.
Demonstrated success in expanding into new geographies and acquiring new clients.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
