Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for a Sr. Design Engineer. The Sr. Design Engineer will be responsible for designing and developing material handling systems and automation solutions. Day-to-day tasks include project conceptualization, detailing technical drawings, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and overseeing the installation and commissioning of systems. This role involves ensuring design compliance with industry standards and client specifications. Qualifications Proficiency in CAD software and technical drawing skills Strong understanding of material handling systems and automation solutions Experience in project management and coordination across different phases of projects Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field Experience in the automotive or warehousing sector is a plus

Position - Inside Sales Executive – Spare Parts & lubricant Location - Pune Baner Experience - 2 to 6 yrs. Languages - Hindi, English, Tamil/ Malyalam , South Indian Language needed Annual CTC – Upto Rs. 6 lakhs per annum Preferred candidate – Any Industry Job Description: Target Customers – Retailers & Garages. Generating automobile spare part & lubricants requirements from Garages / Retailers. Do cold calling to prospective customers with daily calling targets Onboard customers as retail stores customers, or channel partners, or as franchise partners. Build the channel sales of the company via business partnerships Garages / Retailer network can be based out of Maharashtra Focus on Sales of both genuine spare parts and Spares Hub branded Lubricants. Spares Hub does not offer credit to customers. So collect customer payments as advances or upon delivery based upon management's guidelines. Consistently Achieve monthly Targets and qualify for incentives. Key Responsibility Areas Maintain Customer relations through repeated follow-ups on calls and visits wherever possible. Maintain repeat sales from existing customers. Add new customers (garages / retailers) on a regular basis. Maintain Customer database location wise. Convey ongoing sales promotions to customer to maximize sales achievement. Handle customer objections from time to time and bring them to a resolution Reporting to management with required reports on a daily basis. Analyzing monthly performance along with scope of improvement and seeking help frommanagement to overcome those. Candidate Profile: Any stream graduate/ post-graduate is fine.
