About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Business Development Executive to drive growth in both B2C (domestic & international) and B2B markets. The role will involve converting inbound leads provided by our lead generation team, engaging directly with prospective clients, and preparing quick, compelling proposals for institutional and business partnerships. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment and can manage diverse markets across India, the US, and Australia. Key Responsibilities: B2C Sales (Tutoring & Education Services) • Engage with leads generated by the lead generation team and convert them into paying customers. • Build relationships with parents, students, and professionals looking for tutoring and educational support. • Achieve sales targets across domestic (India) and international markets (US & Australia). • Provide product/service demos, handle objections, and close deals effectively. B2B Sales (Partnerships & Institutions) • Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions, training centers, and corporate clients. • Respond to business inquiries and create tailored proposals quickly and effectively. • Negotiate terms and close partnership agreements. • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery. Skills & Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). • 1–4 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles (preferably in education/EdTech). • Strong communication and presentation skills. • Ability to handle domestic and international clients with cultural sensitivity. • Proficiency in preparing sales decks, proposals, and pricing strategies. • Quick thinker with strong negotiation and closing skills. • Tech-savvy, comfortable with CRM tools, lead tracking, and virtual meetings.
