Business Development Executive

Exceller Books, a global self-publishing house, is inviting applications for the position of Business Development & Author Consultant.
🔹 Role Overview:The selected candidate will consult authors and academicians regarding publishing and related services, helping them choose suitable packages and programs. This is an office-based business development role focused on relationship building, communication, and service coordination.🔹 Key Responsibilities:• Interact with authors, academicians, and researchers to understand their publishing goals• Recommend appropriate publishing and promotional packages• Assist authors with other services such as Bookstore Distribution, Literary Awards, and Marketing Programs• Follow up with interested leads and maintain author relationships• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth execution of author projects🔹 Requirements:• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English• Interest in books, publishing, or the education sector• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Email, Google Workspace)• Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (any discipline); Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers are welcome)🔹 Job Type: Full-time, Office-based🔹 Salary: Industry Standard🔹 Location: KolkataIf you enjoy communicating with creative professionals and wish to grow your career in publishing, we’d love to meet you!
