Advertising Specialist

Location: Remote / Hybrid (Based in India)Employment Type: Full-TimeExperience : 1-3 yrs in the field

About the Role:

Based in India, you will be instrumental in promoting and building the company brand for a global, fast-paced AI-based consulting and training organization. You will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on the B2B market, to generate leads and drive engagement for our suite of AI-focused solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive B2B marketing campaigns across various digital platforms, including LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), and Instagram.
  • Craft compelling ad copy and creative assets that resonate with target audiences, including ICT professionals in major Australian enterprises, mid-sized funded or bootstrapped companies, and SaaS/enterprise clients.
  • Manage paid advertising initiatives on platforms like Google Ads and social media, optimizing for lead generation and conversion.
  • Utilize tools like Phantom Buster and AI-enabled automated tools to streamline outreach and engagement on LinkedIn.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development team to align advertising efforts with lead generation goals for Enterprise Training, MVP Services, and AI Agent/RAG solutions.
  • Analyze campaign performance data, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to the development of engaging content, including video content and lead magnets, to support advertising campaigns.
  • Ensure all advertising adheres to brand guidelines and effectively communicates the value proposition of our AI-focused solutions.
  • Promote events, such as free 2-3 hour workshops on AI Agents and briefings for MVP services, through targeted advertising.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in building and managing successful B2B marketing campaigns, particularly in the technology or consulting sector
  • .Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, including LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, X, and Instagram
  • .Experience with marketing automation and lead generation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Phantom Buster)
  • .Ability to craft persuasive and engaging ad copy for a professional audience
  • .Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimize for performance
  • .Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • .Experience working with or in a fast-growth AI or tech consulting company is a plus
