Other responsibilities include analyzing operational data, improving processes, managing people, and ensuring efficient operations management. The candidate must have at least 2 years of relevant experience and strong leadership skills to drive team performance and ensure client satisfaction. This is an on-site role. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the UK process team, ensuring productivity and quality. Monitor team performance and meet KPIs/SLA targets. Provide guidance and resolve escalations. Conduct training and support team development. Coordinate with clients and internal teams for smooth operations. Prepare performance reports and implement process improvements. Requirements: Minimum 2 years experience in UK international processes. Prior Team Lead experience in BPO. Strong leadership and communication skills. Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
