BPO Team Lead

Our scalable offshore BPO solutions automate current business processes while accommodating future needs. We are looking for an experienced Team Lead to manage our UK process team in Kolkata. The candidate must have at least 2 years of relevant experience and strong leadership skills to drive team performance and ensure client satisfaction. This is an on-site role. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the UK process team, ensuring productivity and quality. Monitor team performance and meet KPIs/SLA targets. Provide guidance and resolve escalations. Conduct training and support team development. Coordinate with clients and internal teams for smooth operations. Prepare performance reports and implement process improvements. Requirements: Minimum 2 years experience in UK international processes. Prior Team Lead experience in BPO. Strong leadership and communication skills. Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
