Role Overview

Technical Project Manager

As the central link between business needs and technical execution, you’ll play a critical role in driving project success from inception to delivery.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Project Leadership:

• Lead and manage the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from planning through execution and delivery.

• Team Coordination:

• Act as the primary point of contact for development, design, and QA teams, ensuring smooth collaboration and alignment.

• Client Liaison:

• Communicate directly with clients to understand requirements, share progress, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

• Timeline & Budget Management:

• Create and maintain detailed project plans, define milestones, track deliverables, and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.

• Risk & Change Management:

• Proactively identify potential risks, develop mitigation plans, and manage changes in scope, schedule, or resources.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience 1-2 years as a

  Project Manager

  in a

  software development or IT environment

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as

  Agile (Scrum, Kanban)

  and

  Waterfall

• Ability to manage and deliver multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent

  communication

  ,

  leadership

  , and

  problem-solving

  skills
• Hands-on experience with project management tools like

  Jira

  ,

  Asana

  ,

  Trello

  , or similar
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in

  Computer Science

  Engineering

  , or a related field

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

• Project Management certifications such as

  PMP

  ,

  CSM (Certified Scrum Master)

  , or

  SAFe Agilist

• Familiarity with SDLC tools (Git, Jenkins, CI/CD tools) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Experience working in fast-paced environments or startup ecosystems
• Background in software engineering or QA (even if not current)
