Satyam Venture Engineering Service Hiring Project Manager - Hyderabad

Note: Only Hyderabad and Immediate Joiners are preferred.

Position Description:

Working within a growing software development team, the successful applicant will make major contributions to the development of high quality, robust solutions to meet the expanding market for Automotive ECU systems such as braking and steering division.

Position Requirements: Your profile as Software Project Manager

Proven project management/leadership experience (Min 4 year) with knowledge of embedded software development processes, preferably in automotive sector

Strong experience in SW Development Life Cycle (Preferable V-Model)

Good knowledge on automotive standards (e.g. ASPICE, AUTOSAR and ISO26262)

Good experience in Nurturing teamwork, cooperation, and relationship building

Good experience in MS Project Planning, DOORs, version control, configuration management and Life cycle management tools (Preferably PTC integrity)

Strong team player with good interpersonal and communication skills; able to manage diverse teams

Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills

Knowledge on organization processes (CMMI/ISO etc.) and structure

Knowledge automotive product development processes (Preferably Braking/Steering Products)

Fluent in English and willing to travel occasionally

Your tasks as Software Project Manager

Plan and manage software releases to meet project milestones

Manage the synchronization of milestones in the sub-project timing plan in alignment of the project timing plan from the Engineering Project Manager

Manage to get an agreement with the line management about the on-time availability of resources with required skills

Coordinate and support the sub-requirements elicitation process

Create and maintain the defined sub-project documents and plans.

Coordination of the feasibility study of achieving the goals of the project in terms of technical feasibility within constrains with respect to time, project estimates and available resources

Monitor and control sub-project activities and required resources

Perform regular sub-project team meetings and attend to the project team meetings of the Engineering Project Manager

Perform the identification and documentation of risks and issues in the sub-project

Drive compliance of software development to required quality standards

Manage sub-project deliverables in line with the sub-project management plan

Coordination of the preparation of the sub-system release

Manage to identify engineering process improvements, corrective actions and adjustment of sub-project activities in regard to the sub-project scope

Perform the identification and documentation of sub-project specific lessons learned and support the Engineering Project Manager to identify and document project specific lessons learned

Act as problem resolution manager depends on Project needs
