Tech, Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics Engineering, MBA (preferred) Exceptional presentation and communication skills Good know-how of Automotive domain and familiarity with Vehicle subsystems Entrepreneurial spirit / Proactive Ability to work in ambiguity Must have relevant experience in Engineering services industry. Awareness of best practices in the Automotive industry is necessary. Must have deep knowledge and understanding of the latest tools & technologies in the automotive engineering and electronics space. Has the ability and experience to coordinate with different functions within the organization Has the experience and maturity to collaborate with external partners. Good analytical skills and communication skills. Sharp acumen and inter-personal skills to hold techno-commercial conversation with senior people in customer's organization. Strong understanding of market and technology trends and microenvironment sensitivities (Political, Economic, Social, Technological, Legal, Environmental etc.) Job Description: Manage end-to-end bid management activities, Proposal Authoring, Response Proposal Defense. Bid Planning - Prepare a sound plan for the pursuit and ensure alignment with the bid plan throughout pursuit lifecycle; manage milestones, deliverables, issues and risks; drive and track to closure on time. Co-own and drive timely responses to RFPs/ RFx along the entire sales cycle by working closely with Delivery, Solutions and Onsite Sales. Strong engaging and convincing capability with excellent closing skills with executive decision makers. Building commercial models and proposing suitable engagement models based on discussions with sales or customers. Build marketing collaterals comprehending the entire gamut of offerings from Automotive Engineering division. Handling customer/ prospect presentations bringing unique value to win the business. Creatively articulate the value propositions to each of the prospects by understanding their pain points. Create ‘out of the box’ marketing collaterals / ideas / campaigns for various customer touchpoints across all channels of communication including events, customer visits, social media etc. Work closely with the Sales & Delivery teams and carries Revenue target. Interact with the prospects/customers, along with Sales. Understand customer's needs/wants/requirements and recommend the best techno-commercial solution from Satven. Pro-actively propose Value-added solution to target accounts, based on his/her research of the account/market/technology. Work closely with the Engineering/Delivery team to translate the proposed solution into proper deliverables.
