Satyam Venture Engineering Services hiring for TAG -Specialist - Position: Talent Acquisition - Specialist Open Positions: 03 Location: Hyderabad / Chennai Experience: 6+ years Qualification: BE/ MBA Roles and Responsibilities: 6+ years of experience in end-to-end Talent Acquisition function for engineering services industry (Mechanical/ Embedded/ Digital) Delivering a consultative and high quality talent acquisition service to the business and be involved in creating talent strategies to help us hire best and brightest engineers Should have experience in leading teams & managing multiple business units in a high growth environment Hands-on experience in full recruiting life-cycle components including forecasting, planning, sourcing, qualifying, assessing, salary negotiation, cultural fit, relationship management, and reference checks Should have handled medium to high volume hiring numbers Own the entire hiring candidate experience including job posting, screening, interviewing, selection and reporting Must be Internet savvy with proven expertise in social media hiring Strong initiative and solid judgment abilities/skills Must have the ability to quickly learn systems, processes, & procedures Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor hiring practices Provide guidance, training and support to junior’s recruiters on recruitment best practices Analyse recruitment data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities and results Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging recruitment technologies Personal Attributes: Go Getter, Excellent Communication skills Astute & Self driven, Optimist Pleasing personality, Quick learner Leadership & team building skills Required Competencies: Self-starter with high orientation Systems thinking, Entrepreneurial drive and challenge status-quo Stakeholder management skills, including ability to coordinate & influence across the hierarchy Analytical & data reporting skills enabling meaningful conversations / decisions Show more Show less
