4 to 7 years of experience in presales / inside sales / lead management, ideally in Education/ Training, or high-ticket B2C categories. Experience managing both in-house teams and outsourced calling agencies. Strong understanding of CRM systems, call center operations, and lead scoring models. Excellent communication and people management skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into action. Fast, structured, and comfortable in a high-volume environment.
