BPO Team Lead

As a BPO Team Lead at NTT DATA Services in Chennai & Coimbatore, your role is crucial in assisting and driving Centene with Enrollment & Billing (EMB) Back Office activities for Medicaid LOB. Your responsibilities will include: - Demonstrating in-depth knowledge and experience in US healthcare (Non Voice) Membership enrollment and billing. - Monitoring team production, SLA, and KPI to ensure client deliverables are met as per the contract. - Keeping the Standard Operating Procedure updated and establishing a due control mechanism. - Collaborating with quality and business transformation team to identify, recommend, and implement process improvement projects. - Monitoring and reporting team performance, setting goals for all team members, and providing mentorship, coaching, and training on process-related updates. - Circulating productivity and quality dashboards at agreed periodic intervals to relevant stakeholders. - Managing processes, streamlining workflows, and exhibiting excellent people management skills. - Presenting data and providing deep insights about the process to clients and internal management. - Calibrating with QAs to ensure process knowledge and variance are managed and under control. - Overseeing data integrity of member enrollment records and remittance files transmitted from the state. - Providing timely, efficient support for the eligibility load process and coordinating with the corporate IS department to resolve any arising issues. - Conducting research to correct errors in membership and Primary Care Physician data output within the provider information system. Required Skills: - 5+ years of experience in US healthcare working with Enrollment and Billing process. - Ability to work regularly scheduled shifts from Monday-Friday 17:30 pm to 3:30 am IST. - University degree or equivalent that required 3+ years of formal studies. - Ability to work in a team environment with good logical thinking ability. - Good English comprehension/written skills with exposure to MS Office. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. - Ability to interact with clients is preferred. Please note that the required schedule availability for this position is Monday-Friday 6:00 pm to 4:00 am IST. The shift timings may be subject to change as per client requirements, and resources may need to work overtime and on weekends based on business requirements.,
