About the Role:

highly driven Advertising Specialist

You will play a key role in driving brand visibility, customer engagement, and campaign ROI through strategic ad planning and performance optimization.

What You’ll Do:

Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and Google
Perform market research and audience segmentation for targeted ad strategies
Collaborate with designers and copywriters to develop ad creatives
Track and analyze campaign metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS, CPA)
Conduct A/B tests to identify what works
Use tools like Facebook Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and UTM tracking
Deliver performance reports with data-driven insights

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of proven experience in Facebook & Google Ads
Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads platform
Experience with retargeting, conversion tracking, and funnel building
Analytical mindset with a passion for performance marketing
Good communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have:

Google Ads or Meta Blueprint Certification
Experience in BPO, lead generation, or service-based industries
Basic knowledge of Canva or design tools is a plus
