Advertising Specialist

As an Advertising Specialist at PioneerEcorp based in Chennai, your primary focus will be on creating and optimizing high-converting ad campaigns to drive qualified leads and sales. You should have a background in performance marketing, PPC management, and conversion optimization to excel in this role. **Roles & Responsibilities:** - Develop, launch, and manage high-performing Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation and sales. - Conduct detailed keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to enhance campaign performance. - Optimize campaigns to boost Click-Through Rate (CTR), Conversion Rate (CVR), and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS). - Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to maximize conversions. - Implement and oversee remarketing and lookalike audiences for improved engagement. - Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and UTM tracking tools. - Efficiently manage ad budgets to achieve maximum ROI and minimize Cost Per Acquisition (CPA). - Address and resolve ad policy violations, account suspensions, and performance drops effectively. - Provide comprehensive performance reports and recommend strategies for enhancements. - Stay informed about Google Ads & Meta Ads algorithm changes and industry trends to adapt strategies accordingly. **Requirements:** - Demonstrated experience in Google Ads & Meta Ads with a proven track record in successful lead generation campaigns. - Proficient in bidding strategies, campaign structuring, and audience segmentation. - Hands-on experience with tools like Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and UTM tracking. - Expertise in A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and funnel analysis. - Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and optimize ad spend efficiently. - Experience in e-commerce and B2B/B2C lead generation would be advantageous. - Possession of Google Ads & Meta Ads certifications is preferred.
