As a Full-Time Ad Specialist in Healthcare Marketing at our performance-driven digital marketing agency, specializing in lead generation and growth strategies for healthcare brands, your role will involve: - Planning, creating, and managing high-performing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns for healthcare clients - Conducting in-depth competitor analysis and market research to define positioning and messaging - Preparing and presenting ad strategies, media plans, and budget allocations - Tracking campaign performance, analyzing key metrics, and optimizing campaigns to meet lead generation and conversion goals - Working closely with the design and content teams to create compelling ad creatives and copy - Maintaining client reports, dashboards, and regular performance reviews - Staying updated with industry trends, platform updates, and policy changesespecially in healthcare advertising norms Qualifications required for this role are: - 2-5 years of hands-on experience in running and managing paid ads on Meta & Google - Experience in Healthcare Marketing is a must (Aesthetic Clinics, Dental, Wellness, Physiotherapy, Skin & Hair Clinics, etc.) - Knowledge of campaign structuring, audience targeting, and funnel optimization - Excellent analytical skills with the ability to derive insights and make data-driven decisions - Knowledge of landing page best practices, lead generation, and retargeting strategies - Familiarity with ad policies, especially those relevant to medical/healthcare advertising Preferred skills include: - Google Ads Certification & Meta Blueprint (optional but preferred) - Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.) - Strong communication and presentation skills About Us: We are a performance-driven digital marketing agency specializing in lead generation and growth strategies for healthcare brands, spanning across clinics, aesthetic centers, wellness brands, and healthcare practitioners.
