Position: Performance Marketing Specialist (Google & Meta Ads)

Experience Required: 2–4 years (Minimum 1 year in healthcare marketing is mandatory)

We partner with Cosmetology centres, aesthetic and wellness brands, clinics, and hospitals to drive quality leads, strengthen online presence, and scale their business through data-driven strategies.

Roles & Responsibilities:

* Plan, execute, and optimize Google & Meta ad campaigns for healthcare clients.

* Ensure high-quality lead generation while minimizing cost per lead (CPL).

* Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, A/B testing, and performance tracking.

* Collaborate with the creative & strategy team to design effective ad creatives.

* Monitor analytics, generate performance reports, and suggest improvements.

* Stay updated with latest trends, algorithm changes, and healthcare industry insights.

Key Requirements:

* 2–3 years of proven experience in Google & Meta Ads (Healthcare marketing experience mandatory for at least 1 year).

* Strong understanding of lead funnels, targeting, and conversion optimization.

* Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Analytics & Pixel setup.

* Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to manage multiple client campaigns simultaneously.
