We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with proven experience in planning, executing, and optimizing CPL-focused campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). This is a strategic role that requires deep knowledge of Google Tag Manager (GTM), Meta Pixel, and advanced audience targeting, aimed at generating high-quality leads at a competitive cost. Key Responsibilities: Plan, launch, and manage lead generation campaigns on Google (Search, Display, YouTube) & Meta (Facebook/Instagram). Optimize campaigns to meet target CPL, CPA, and ROAS using A/B testing and data-driven insights. Set up and manage tracking through Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Meta Pixel. Create and manage custom & lookalike audiences, event-based retargeting funnels. Collaborate with the design team to create effective ad creatives and landing page flows. Monitor daily performance, generate reports, and recommend scaling or optimization strategies. Manage budgets from ₹10K to ₹5L+ per month across platforms.
