Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor, operate, and optimize chemical processing equipment and systems. Ensure safe handling of chemicals and adherence to industry safety standards. Conduct lab testing, quality checks, and analysis of raw materials and finished products. Support installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of process equipment. Prepare and maintain daily logs, reports, and documentation. Assist in improving production efficiency, reducing waste, and ensuring process accuracy. Work closely with production and engineering teams for process improvements. Follow all company SOPs, safety procedures, and environmental guidelines. Skills & CompetenciesStrong understanding of chemical processes, laboratory testing, and safety protocols. Ability to identify root causes and solve technical problems. Knowledge of reactors, mixers, filtration systems, and purification processes. Strong analytical and documentation skills. Ability to work independently and in field environments when needed. Good communication and reporting skills. Additional RequirementsHeight 5’8” or above (mandatory). Must give daily attendance and maintain discipline. Immediate joiners preferred. Willingness to travel or visit field sites if required.
