Performance Marketing Specialist (Google & Meta Ads)

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage paid campaigns on

  Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)

  and

  Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

  .
• Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis.
• Monitor and optimize campaigns for

  ROI, ROAS, and CPA goals

  .
• Create A/B testing strategies for ads, creatives, and landing pages.
• Track, analyze, and report performance metrics with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with the creative/content team to align ad messaging with brand tone and objectives.
• Stay updated with platform changes, industry trends, and best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum

  2 years of hands-on experience

  in running and optimizing Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns.
• Strong understanding of

  performance marketing, attribution models, and campaign analytics

  .
• Proficiency in

  Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Ads Manager

  .
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple brands and campaigns simultaneously.
• Certification in Google Ads / Meta Ads (preferred but not mandatory).
