As a Performance Marketing Specialist at The Digital Marketing Solutions, you will play a crucial role in driving quality leads and scaling healthcare businesses through data-driven strategies. You will specialize in planning, executing, and optimizing Google & Meta ad campaigns for healthcare clients. Your responsibilities will include conducting keyword research, audience targeting, A/B testing, and performance tracking. Collaboration with the creative & strategy team to design effective ad creatives is essential. You will monitor analytics, generate performance reports, and suggest improvements to ensure high-quality lead generation while minimizing cost per lead (CPL). Staying updated with the latest trends, algorithm changes, and healthcare industry insights will be key to your success.
