About the role: We are looking for a highly analytical and execution-focused Business Growth Manager to drive merchant engagement, retention, and monetization across the Paytm for Business app. This person will play a critical role in improving merchant lifecycle journeys, optimizing in-app funnels, and driving revenue through data-driven strategies and growth experiments. Roles & Responsibilities Own the growth charter for the category and work closely with central teams to strategize and coordinate the executions of such campaigns. Devise innovative user growth strategies in line with the category’s vision and business goals to increase the category’s presence on and off the app Identify demand levers by thoroughly understanding consumer behavior and building offerings around it Creating and executing a strong performance marketing strategy & execution plan Developing and managing digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns Identifying user cohorts and run custom growth campaigns to drive user activation and user reactivation Work closely with management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results.
