About the Role

We’re looking for a Junior Paid Ads professional who is passionate about digital marketing

and eager to grow in the world of performance advertising. You’ll assist in planning,

executing, and optimizing ad campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram),

and LinkedIn Ads platforms.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Assist in setting up and optimizing paid ad campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.

✅ Monitor daily campaign performance and key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.).

✅ Conduct keyword and audience research to improve targeting.

✅ Support A/B testing for ad copies, creatives, and landing pages.

✅ Collaborate with the design and content teams to create high-performing creatives.

✅ Prepare weekly performance reports and insights.

✅ Stay updated with the latest digital marketing and ad platform trends.

Requirements

🎯 1–2 years of experience in paid ads, PPC, or performance marketing.

🎯 Basic understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

🎯 Analytical mindset with familiarity in campaign KPIs.

🎯 Good communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.

🎯 Eagerness to learn, test, and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Good to Have

⭐ Google Ads or Meta Ads certification.

⭐ Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, or SEMrush.

⭐ Understanding of conversion tracking and remarketing.
