Job Description

Key Responsibilities :Human Resources: Manage full-cycle HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement. Develop and implement HR policies aligned with company goals and compliance requirements. Drive training, learning, and development initiatives to enhance team capabilities. Manage payroll, attendance, and employee benefits in coordination with finance. Promote a positive workplace culture that encourages innovation and accountability. Administration: Oversee day-to-day office operations, facilities management, and vendor coordination. Ensure compliance with statutory and legal requirements (labor laws, ESI, PF, etc.). Handle procurement, travel management, and asset tracking. Maintain documentation and records in an organized and efficient manner. Lean Implementation: Apply Lean tools and techniques (e.g., 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping) to streamline HR and admin processes. Identify process bottlenecks and implement improvements for efficiency and cost reduction. Promote a culture of continuous improvement across teams. Monitor and measure performance metrics to evaluate process effectiveness.
