We are looking for a motivated Telecaller to join our team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, explaining products/services, generating leads, and providing excellent customer support. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain company products/services. Handle inbound calls, resolve queries, and provide accurate information. Generate leads, follow up, and maintain a database of customer interactions. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers. Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the management. Maintain call records, feedback, and report to the team leader/manager. Assist in customer retention by ensuring satisfaction and timely follow-ups. Requirements Minimum 12th pass / Graduate (any stream). Good communication skills in Hindi, English, and local language (preferred). Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM software. Prior experience as a telecaller / telesales / customer support is an advantage. Strong persuasion and convincing skills. Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
