HR Admin Executive

Role Overview Krish Trip is seeking a motivated HR & Admin Executive (HYBRID ROLE) to handle recruitment, HR operations, and administrative functions in a Hybrid Work Model. This role is crucial in building the right team, managing the employee lifecycle, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. While most tasks can be handled remotely, you will be required to work from the office at least 2 days a week for coordination and operational needs. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Coordinate manpower planning with management and maintain a talent pipeline. Draft and issue HR letters, contracts, and policies. Maintain attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and employee records. Drive employee engagement, grievance handling, induction, and training support. Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor regulations. Oversee administrative functions including vendor coordination, facility upkeep (when required), and office supplies. Manage company records, documentation, and correspondence digitally. Support management with day-to-day operational and administrative activities. Skills & Competencies Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of HR processes, recruitment platforms, and administration. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a hybrid (remote + office) environment. Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and HR/Admin tools. Proactive, problem-solving approach with attention to detail. Note: This is a Hybrid Opportunity. The selected candidate will be required to work from the office at least 2-3 days a week, while the remaining days can be managed remotely.
