Sales Executive

Job Title: Sales Executive – Travel Industry Location: Rohini, Delhi Experience:  2 + Industry: Travel & Tourism / Hospitality Employment Type: Full-time About the Role: We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in travel industry sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping clients plan their perfect travel experiences. You will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and building strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: Develop and grow B2B or B2C travel sales for domestic and international destinations. Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through calls, networking, and referrals. Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings by understanding client requirements and offering suitable travel packages. Maintain relationships with existing customers and travel agents for repeat business. Coordinate with operations and ticketing teams to ensure smooth service delivery. Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor offerings, and destination knowledge.   Requirements: Minimum 2 years of proven experience in travel industry sales (B2B or B2C). Strong knowledge of travel products, destinations, and travel processes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple clients.     Preferred Experience: Experience working with travel agencies, OTAs, or tour operators. Familiarity with CRM tools and travel booking platforms.
